The Administrative and Financial Directorate shall be headed by a Director or, if he does not, by a Deputy Director.

The Administrative and Financial Director shall be replaced, in his absence and impediment, by the Deputy Director.

The Administrative and Financial Director shall coordinate his activities with the Economic and Financial Adviser.

 

Skills

 

It is incumbent upon the Administrative and Financial Director, namely:

• Authorize the budgeted expenses;
• To transmit the superior norms and instructions, in administrative and financial matter, to the other services of the Presidency of the Republic;
• To propose to the Administrative Council the limit of funds to be paid by the treasury, within the current expenses;
• To promote the expedient regarding the possessions to be conferred by the President of the Republic and to collaborate in the respective ceremony.
• In matters related to specific areas, the Director coordinates his activities with all the advisors.
